 We  will then assess your property at a time to suit (evenings, weekends accommodated) and issue a certificate with out delay, so that your property can be marketed as quickly as possible.

All property for sale or rent needs to have a current EPC or have a survey booked before it can be marketed (European Legislation - non compliance is a finable offence, we can advise and help you avoid being ripped off by some cheap online companies. The need for a HIP report has been suspended and is not mandatory (FAQ's)
